• Rovere is available from Sept.1, 2012.

• Cinque is available from Sept.1, 2012.

• Carducci is available from Sept.1, 2012.

• Each apt sleeps 4.

For monthly or longer rentals  the following conditions apply:

• rent is 2000 euros per month + utilities and Internet;

• there is an additional fee of 300 euros per month for an added bed;

• no charge for final cleaning;

• Appliances and furniture are included;

For short rentals (from 3 days to 3 weeks) the following conditions apply:

• rent is 200 euros per day or 700 euros per week (ask for longer rents: discounts apply);

• There is an additional fee of 40 eurso per day for an added bed (or 150 euros per week);

• final cleaning is 80 euros;

• a/c and Internet are not included, but can be arranged for. Appliances, furniture, utilities (including electricity, gas, heat) are included;

• we request a non refundable booking fee of 150 euros to be paid at the act of booking via Paypal (click on button on homepage and pay euros 150). Booking will be confirmed by e-mail.
