  • Rovere is available from June, 2009.

  • Cinque is available from January, 2010.

  • Carducci is available from June, 2009.

Rates are as follows (the same rates and conditions apply to all apts):

  • rent is 200 euro per day or 700 per week (ask for longer rents: discounts apply);

  • apts sleep 4. There is an additional fee of 40 euro per day for each added bed (or 150 euro per week);

  • final cleaning is 80 euros;

  • a/c and Internet are not included, but can be arranged for. Everything else is included;

  • we request a non refundable booking fee of 150 euro to be paid at the act of booking via Paypal (click on button on homepage and pay euro 150). Booking will be confirmed by e-mail.
